Guiding Principles

Mission

Our mission is to establish, maintain, and preserve an organized collection of books and other media; to provide access to electronic resources; and to enlighten and enrich the personal lives of the residents of our community and area.

Our commitment is to provide encouragement and opportunity for continuing education within our area and to serve as a centre of reliable information.

Plan of Service

Each public library board in Alberta is required to file with the province a plan of service outlining service priorities, goals and objectives. See the Coronation Memorial Library Plan of Service for 2014-2018 here.

Coronation Memorial Library does not track the websites you visit when using library computers.

Parkland Regional Library uses Google Analytics to see how library websites are being used. The data retrieved from Google Analytics is anonymous; we are not able to connect it with specific users. For people who prefer to disable Google Analytics tracking of their web use, Google provides a browser add-on that automatically prevents information from being sent to Google Analytics.
